Please check our website for the most current pricing. Tours are customized based on the size, interests and requirements of your group.

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The balance must be paid in full 7 days before the scheduled tour. There are no refunds; all sales are final.

Children 12 and under are free if accompanied by a parent.
Children 12-18 are half the adult price.

All sales are final; there are no refunds.

Walking and driving tours take place rain or shine. On the Town Tours reserves the right to cancel in the event of extreme weather. We will do our best to reschedule your tour.

Tours can be scheduled Monday-Sunday, except on legal holidays such as: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Labor Day, Victoria Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Canada Day, Simcoe Day.
For customized tours we will pick up at your hotel or other location in downtown Toronto. Scheduled tours – please check tour description on our website for starting location. Outside of downtown Toronto (i.e. Pearson Airport, Markham, Mississauga, etc.) additional charges may apply.
At this time we cannot accommodate handicapped persons on buses or public transit. The following walking tour is handicapped accessible:
  • Walking the Cultural, University and Discovery Districts

HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS:
The health and safety of our guests and staff is our highest priority.
We comply with all Provincial and Federal health guidelines and requirements, which may include reduced capacities.
All vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after use.
All in-person guests must provide proof of COVID vaccinations at the time of booking. At this time masks will be required for all in-person tours.

We accept cash, certified cheques, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
All tours are conducted in English but tours in other languages such as French, German, Spanish, etc. can be arranged. Please contact us if interested.
Video and audio recording are strictly prohibited.
