Pricing

All tours are customized depending on the size, interests and requirements of your group. Contact us and we will put a package together for you. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The balance must be paid in full 7 days before the scheduled tour. There are no refunds; all sales are final. No audio or video recording is permitted. On the Town Tours reserves the right to cancel due to extreme weather.

Dates of Operation & Holidays

Tours can be scheduled Monday-Sunday, except: New Year’s Day, Christmas Day and other holidays such as Labor Day, Simcoe Day, Victoria Day and Family Day.

Departures and Drop Offs

Generally, we will pick up your group at your hotel or convention facility and return to the same location. However, a different drop off location can be arranged for your convenience.

Methods of Payment

We accept cash, certified cheques, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
A 5.5% booking fee is added to all transactions.

Languages

All tours are conducted in English but tours in other languages such as French, German, Russian, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, etc. can be arranged. Please contact us if interested.
